Gizmo and Freeway's Story

Gizmo and Freeway are two much loved and well travelled Shih Tzu's.  They came to their owner Kevin via the late Doris Butler.

The "boys" as Kevin calls them travel with him and his wife Norma in a motorcycle and sidecar.  Not many rescues get this privilge.  They travel all over the country and go camping and even go to sidecar rallies.

Kevin and Norma decorate the sidecar and dress the dogs up to raise funds for the local school children, who have learning difficulties.  They even dressed them up in Christmas outfits, which everyone loved.

Freeway has been poorly recently and had a growth removed from his leg and had trouble walking because of it.  After his third operation he is like a new dog.  Where he put on a few pounds because of his imobility, he soon got off after all the walks that he can now do and enjoy.

Both dogs have enjoyed holidays to Wales, Cornwall and the Isle of Wight this year.

Are these two of the most well travelled Shih Tzu's or what?
